The underlying premise is that, through engaging in a process of making art, we will come to a fuller appreciation of that form of art, and also of the arts in general. The emphasis here is on process rather than product. There is no expectation that this presentation will help anyone become a "good" artist in one of the forms presented. Quality of output is of no concern here. In other words, this is about HOW you do it, and not about WHAT you do. Instead, the presentation is intended to help people engage in an "applied" journey toward arts appreciation. By outlining some of the "Principles of Art Works," then suggesting the use of a limited set of the "Elements of Art Forms" (in order to provide a 'starting point'), the intent here is to support the novice and neophyte as s/he explores creativity and innovation in a slightly "disciplined" manner. If successful, this process should impact a person's appreciative engagement with the arts - now, and in the future. Then, perhaps, it may also inspire a person to delve more deeply into the skills, techniques and protocols of making art.& &object5=t|217|100|100|100|401|357|100|0|0|center|0|3|1|0|0|10|0|0|1|1|Prepared, Desgined cx26 Developed by Jeffrey L Walter President cx26 Founder Vir2Novations jw@vir2novations.com http://www.vir2novations.com& &object6=h|136|9|448|418|5|jw@vir2novations.com& &object7=h|173|9|427|438|1|http://www.vir2novations.com&
